We ship directly from multiple distribution centers strategically located across the United States. This allows us to get your recliner to you faster—no matter where you live in the country.
⏳ When Will My Recliner Arrive?
We know how exciting it is to finally find the chair that fits your body—and your home—perfectly. Once you place your order, our fulfillment process kicks in right away.

Once shipped, delivery timing depends on the shipping method:

📦 Parcel Orders (FedEx, UPS, USPS): 2–7 business days

🚛 LTL Freight or White Glove Delivery: Up to 21 business days

Please note: While we do our best to provide accurate lead times, unexpected shipping delays (including those related to COVID-19 or carrier staffing) may impact delivery. We’re committed to keeping you informed every step of the way with tracking information as soon as it’s available.
🖊️ Do I Need to Be Present for Delivery?
Great question! Here’s how that works:

✉️ Standard Parcel Deliveries (FedEx, UPS, USPS): No signature required. If you’re not home, your package will typically be left at your front door or mailbox.

🚚 LTL Freight / White Glove Services: These require someone present to receive the order. The carrier will call you a few days in advance to schedule a convenient delivery appointment.
📞 LTL Delivery: How It’s Scheduled
When your recliner ships via LTL freight:

You’ll receive an email confirmation with the carrier’s name and tracking info.

A few days before delivery, the carrier will contact you directly.

Together, you’ll schedule a delivery day and time that works for you.
We do this to ensure your recliner arrives safely—and into the right hands.
